The Saved Replies tab in PinMeTo is a feature that helps you to be more efficient when replying to customer messages, comments, reviews, or ratings that come from various platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Trustpilot. In this tab, you can create pre-written replies and save them for future use. You can give each saved reply a title that helps you remember when to use it, for example, you can create a reply for a 5-star review, and then write the response that you want to use for this type of review. When you need to reply to a customer, you can easily select the appropriate saved reply and it will be automatically added to your response, saving you time and effort.
