Conversations – Insights

The Insights tab in the Conversations section of PinMeTo provides a way to monitor and analyze the performance of your organization in managing comments, messages, reviews, and ratings from various networks such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Trustpilot. It shows key metrics like the number of new conversations, the type of conversations, the number of replied conversations, closed conversations, the average time to first respond to a conversation, and the average time to close a conversation over a custom-selected time period. These insights help you understand how effectively your organization is handling conversations and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you can download all these metrics to a spreadsheet for further analysis.

  1. Go to the Conversations section of PinMeTo and click on the Insights tab, located in the left-side menu.
  2. The Insights tab provides a comprehensive overview of metrics related to all your conversations from different social networks, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Trustpilot.
  3. Use the provided filters to tailor the metrics to your specific needs and view insights by network or a group of networks.
  4. Set the time range for the metrics you want to see, and compare insights based on different time periods to better understand the performance of your organization.
  5. The metrics include the number of new conversations, the type of conversations, the number of replied conversations, closed conversations, the average time to first respond to a conversation, and the average time to close a conversation.
  6. These insights will help you evaluate how effectively your organization is handling customer conversations and identify areas for improvement.
  7. You can also download the metrics to a spreadsheet for further analysis.
