At times, one of your networks may become disconnected from Listings, resulting in the cessation of information transmission to that specific directory.
If this occurs, a banner will appear at the top of our Tasks page in Listings, indicating the disconnected network.
Here is what you need to do in order to reconnect your network:
- Click ” reconnect” on the banner – it will take you to our connection page or
- Navigate to Account Settings – Connections
Select the network you would like to reconnect and click ”Login”
You will be directed to the login page of the relevant network, where you must enter your email address and password for the network account to reconnect it.
Keep in mind that only users with the “owner” role have the authority to reconnect networks.
It’s also important to remember that with Facebook, you need to login with your own account, or the account that you have the access on, in the Business Manager on Facebook.
